Homescan of Virginia is the premier and longest standing 3D company in Tidewater. We come out of a background of over 20 years experience in land surveying and frankly speaking 3D is more like surveying than it is photography, Matterport is more of an image scanner than it is camera!
Quality Counts
While there may be some Johnny come lately real estate photographers who have added 3D to their catalogues, don't let yourself get fooled. Quality counts and our product is simply second to none! In fact, we encourage anyone to compare our models to the other guys. Scanning methods like spacing, baselining and line of sight between nodes are all relevant to the quality of the final product and there's simply no substitute for the experience that we bring to the table.
Specialization
3D is what we do at Homescan of Virginia LLC, not something that we do on the side in addition to other services. In fact, we specialize in 3D and as such our product is simply second to none!

We are 3D specialists, it's all that we do! As such, our high volume allows us to keep our price point not only affordable but at a fraction of the cost of the real estate photographers.
